Vitrolife Technologies is seeking a dynamic Product Manager to take ownership of our eWitness solutions. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in ensuring commercial success, customer satisfaction, and continuous development.

The role
As Product Manager for eWitness solutions, you will be a key driver in product development, commercialization, and lifecycle management. Your role will include shaping product roadmaps, conducting market research, competitor analysis, and business cases, as well as developing go-to-market strategies, launch plans, and training programs.
You will collaborate with highly skilled professionals, including product developers, IT specialists, clinicians, and cross-functional teams, ensuring effective product management and stakeholder engagement across the Vitrolife Group.
-Key Responsibilities
- Drive sales enablement by conducting training and developing sales tools and materials.
- Standardize product applications to optimize profitability and reduce installation and support costs.
- Support marketing campaigns and product launches in collaboration with the Marketing team.
- Lead go-to-market strategy for global expansion, including ensuring translations, compliance, training, and local product promotion.
- Manage product development, including the launch of new additions to eWitness.
- Analyze customer needs and align them with product features and value propositions.
- Conduct competitor analysis and define pricing strategies.
Qualifications
- Educational background in health/life sciences or significant work experience in healthcare/IVF combined with a background in science or engineering.
- Strong interest in IVF, healthcare efficiency, digitalization, and lean methodologies.
- Experience in Product Management, preferably within a SaaS company.
- Commercial mindset, with a solid understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Self-driven with the ability to develop materials and tools to support sales enablement.
- Strong presentation and training skills.
- Due to the global role, frequent travelling is to be expected.
