INTERNATIONAL SALES DIRECTOR

We are looking for an experienced and dedicated Sales Director, motivated and able to take the front lead and management of our sales efforts and functions within the industrial climatic solutions.

 

With more than 26 highly dedicated employees – in Denmark, Sweden and Germany – INFUSER develop, incubate and markets innovative and green solutions for air and surface applications for industrial air pollution control and biohealtcare business.

INFUSER has a technically driven organization closely affiliated with the University of Copenhagen. They are engaged in solutions within green-technologies for the purposes of spinning the technologies out in industrial partnerships.

Job Description:

The Sales Director position is newly created to ensure both a strong daily management of the company’s small but vital sales organization, in the industrial CLIMATIC system, and at the same time ensure the continuous development of the international sales within international industrial applications.

The Sales Director shall manage the small staff of presently 5 employees (project managers) and at the same time be the hands-on initiator and frontrunner of the international sales activities. You will be directly involved in generating sales leads, follow up on opportunities and generate direct sales to both existing and new customers. The customers are international and larger industrial companies, so 40 – 50 days of international travel must be expected, as well as a permanent (present or future) address in the greater Copenhagen area.

 

Profile requirements:

Professional skills:

  • Commercial and/or Engineering back-ground with a proven track record of international industrial project sales.
  • Fluent in English both spoken and written (Danish is not a requirement)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to represent INFUSER at a senior level, on the international stage.
  • Strong sales profile and a dedicated mindset – willing to walk the extra mile
  • Experience in process & project management
  • Knowlegde of the polymer, foundry or coating industry is an advantage

The salary consists of an attractive package of a fixed salary, bonus and stock options. The company will assist international applicants in the relocation to Copenhagen in finding suitable housing.
